Authorized Users
The Site is provided free of charge by IKEA and is available only to entities who, in IKEA's sole determination, are small businesses, and to persons over the age of legal majority who can form legally binding agreement(s) under applicable law and thus is not available to minors. By using this Site, You represent that You are of sufficient legal age to use this Site and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Linking to any page of the Site other than to www.IKEA.ca\Business through a plain text link is strictly prohibited without IKEA's express written consent. Any site or device that links to any IKEA website is prohibited from (a) replicating any content from the Site, (b) using a browser or border environment around any content from the Site, (c) implying in any fashion that IKEA endorses it or its products, (d) misrepresenting any state of facts, including its relationship with IKEA, (e) presenting false information about IKEA products or services, and (f) using any trademark, logo, or service mark of IKEA without express written permission from IKEA.
Termination
Your authorization to use the Site and/or Your registered user account, if any, automatically terminates if You violate the Terms and Conditions or any other rules guidelines or policies, posted on the Site or on the IKEA Corporate Website. IKEA reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate Your access or use of the Site, at any time, with or without notice. Termination of Your access rights will not waive or affect any right or relief to which IKEA may be entitled, at law or in equity.

Submission Guidelines
Do not submit any original creative materials or ideas over which You wish to maintain exclusive ownership. Any materials, information or other communication You submit or post to the Site (”Submission(s)”) will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will be licensed to IKEA as described in and pursuant to the License, Release and Waiver. You must register with IKEA and must accept the License, Release and Waiver before making any Submission to the Site, but any Submission you make will be subject to the License, Release and Waiver in any case. Other Businesses
Your correspondence or business dealings with any entities found in any submission to or through the Site are solely between You and such entity. IKEA is not responsible for any losses, damages, or other liabilities incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of any submissions on the Site.
Other Countries
The Site is controlled by IKEA from its offices within Canada. Unless otherwise specified, the materials on the Site are presented solely to promote and provide information about IKEA's products and services available in Canada. IKEA makes no representation that the materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations and other countries. If You choose to access the Site from a location outside Canada, You do so on Your own initiative and You are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold IKEA and its parent, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, service providers, subcontractors, and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, demands, liability, losses, actions, suits, costs, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or incurred by Your use of the Site. IKEA reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by You, and in such case, You agree to cooperate with IKEA's defence of such claim.
Registration
If You choose to register with IKEA in order to make submissions to the Site, You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about Yourself, and to update the information when it changes. If You provide any information that is untrue or inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, or if IKEA suspects that Your information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, then IKEA may, in its sole discretion, suspend, terminate, or refuse Your future access to the Site.
Governance
You agree that: (i) the Site shall be deemed solely based in Ontario; and (ii) the Site shall be deemed a passive website that does not give rise to personal jurisdiction over IKEA, either specific or general, in jurisdictions other than Ontario. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, as they are applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such province. Any action You, any third party, or IKEA bring to enforce these Terms and Conditions or in connection with any matters related to this Site shall be brought only in either the provincial or Federal Courts located in Ontario and You expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms and Conditions and any posted policies or operating rules constitute the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties with respect to such subject matter. The failure or delay by IKEA to act upon any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not act as a waiver on any occasion or upon any circumstances.
Ability to Accept Terms and Conditions
You affirm that (i) You are over the age of legal majority and can form legally binding agreement(s) under applicable law, (ii) You are duly authorized to represent and bind the company or other entity on whose behalf you use the Site, and (iii) You are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms and Conditions, and to qualify under, abide by, and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
